Payment:

COD/EFT prior to collection or delivery. Please note: Funds must reflect in our bank account before goods will be released. If depositing cash, the purchaser will be required to pay the cash deposit fee.

Delivery:

Once the funds have reflected in our bank account the goods will be dispatched ex stock. The specifics of the freight must be agreed upon between the seller and the purchaser before the final quote is issued. The purchaser will be responsible for any time constraints he might have and, once payment is made, the seller will not accept any changes in the type and timing of the freight.

Validity:

Prices are quoted in South African Rands and are valid for a period of 15 days from date of quotation.

Prices are subject to Rand / Dollar fluctuations.

Buyers Remorse:

The purchaser has 7 days from the date of payment to return the goods if the purchaser is not satisfied with his purchase. The return of the goods will be at the purchaser's expense. On receipt of the goods in the condition in which they were dispatched to the purchaser, the seller will refund the purchase price of the goods in South African Rands. If the goods are damaged or dirtied in anyway, the seller will not issue a refund and the goods will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.

Warranty:

The seller warrants to the purchaser that the product(s) specified above carry a two (2) year warranty from the date of purchase by the purchaser.

In the event that the goods are returned to the seller by the purchaser under the warranty the seller will require a detailed, written description of the perceived fault.

In the event that the goods are technically defective, they will be replaced. Goods will not be replaced for any other reason including those that arise as a result of:

If the goods can not be replaced within a month, the seller will refund the purchase price of the product in South African Rands.
